About Aleshia McDonald
Artist | Author | Maker
Hi, I’m Aleshia Garrett, the creative spirit behind Ms. Artsy Fartsy. Based just outside Nashville, Tennessee, I’m happiest with paint on my hands, fiber within reach, and a new idea taking shape. My creativity doesn’t stay neatly in one category. I paint, work with fiber and glass, explore new crafts, and write stories - including my first children’s book, The Secret True Story of the Ewenicorn. At the heart of everything I make is a simple hope: to help people find joy, feel welcome, and give themselves permission to be creative.
